- Most items are made in the USA, and we ensure quality with rigorous checks and a limited lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship and material defects.
4. Returns and Refunds

- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Custom or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Defective items covered by our limited lifetime warranty may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
5. Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Our jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or loss.
